    What commitments will I make to sell your property?

    I will make a significant financial and personal commitment to promote your property utilizing our extensive and consistent marketing in a variety of print publications with local, national, and international exposure as well as a strong online presence. My pro-active approach includes making personal contact with local and out-of-area brokers and prospective buyers.

  • Upon executing a written agreement: 

    Team will schedule a second tour of the home to become familiar with all the details, highlights, and amenities needed to effectively market the property and to compile the required data to enter it in the MLS and CREST systems. Team will offer suggestions for staging or showing preparation and discuss best options with seller.

    Professional Photography, Video and Branding

    Our team does not just take a listing, we make a listing come to life with staging, twilight photography and custom video/drone production. A professional photographer will take pictures of your home. This may involve multiple shoots to include day, twilight, and aerial shots. Our team will supervise all photography, aerial drones and video production to perfection. Marketing write ups will be created for advertising, websites, brochures and MLS. 
    Based on your property’s unique features and target market, we will customize a marketing plan which will be put into action immediately.

    With your approval, my team will host a brokers’ open house (“caravan”) as soon as your home is ready to be marketed and at various intervals throughout your listing as agreed upon. During these open houses we will showcase and discuss the unique features and the most important selling points of your property with the brokers to allow them to accurately promote it to their clients.

    Our network with Brokers covers a wide area. We pride ourselves on maintaining a close working relationship with area agents from Coronado to Santa Barbara and parts beyond.
